1 sugar cube
Splash of soda water
2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Orange peel, to garnish

A La Marie
This is our version of a Negroni,
switching out the Vermouth & replacing
it with a little Prosecco.
You will need…
30 ml Marie Classic Dry gin
30 ml Campari
60 ml Prosecco
Fresh orange slice, to garnish

Elderflower cordial is nice but adding

20 ml of Lemon Juice
10 ml of Sugar Syrup
